What drives me is curiosity and empathy.

I am passionate about understanding people, their habits, and motivations as this is where innovation begins when designing services and products.

Here I am doing what I love most when I work: showing the perspectives, motivations, and habits of real people to my project collaborators.

I have served in the public sector, growth-led technology scale-ups, embedded in agile teams, as well as large-scale enterprise software solutions. No matter where I am, I thrive where continuous learning, curiosity, and collaboration are intrinsic to an organization.

Born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, but raised in the great-wide west of Canada. In my free time, I love spending time with my son, smelling flowers in the backcountry, and attempting a regular yoga practice. 🤸‍♀️
