What I love most is ‘systems thinking’: working across teams to see the bigger picture. I design future-states, build prototypes, and run tests that help teams unpack strategy, get aligned, and make decisions faster.

I thrive where continuous learning, curiosity, and collaboration are intrinsic to an organization.

I was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, but raised in the great-wide west of Canada.

In my free time, I love spending time with my son, smelling flowers in the backcountry, and attempting a regular yoga practice. 🤸‍♀️

I initiated a cross-platform design system for enterprise data visualization software, aligning internationally distributed teams on standard interaction patterns and foundational components.

I initiated research, journey-mapping, and a design vision for the mobile teams, resulting in two releases and an increase in customer engagement by 60%.

I made the native mobile apps more accessible by applying WCAG 2.0 AA standards, helping start an inclusive design practice on the team.

I led research, journey-mapping, and opportunity prioritization on lotto players’ prize-claim process, called “Winning Experiences,” resulting in service-design changes, making prize claims more convenient and reducing business cost.

I initiated a design system, a first at BCLC, through cross-functional workshops, paving the way for a more robust and scalable UI across all digital properties.

I helped to de-risk the beta launch of a new mobile learning app by running customer interviews to unpack an overlooked user segment. Insights influenced marketing strategy with beta customers and informed prioritization of the roadmap.
